A tandoor is a cylindrical clay oven that is heated by hardwood charcoal. Our experienced tandoori chef uses the oven to make fresh Indian bread and delicious tandoori meats that are skewered and barbecued. All tandoor dishes are marinated in a spiced yogurt mixture for 24 hours.
